1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services offered by cf66, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
One account per player: Each individual is entitled to hold only one cf66 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. cf66 operates automated and manual detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances consolidated, bonuses forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: cf66 may at any time, and is required to prior to processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold, request identity verification documents from the account holder. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, alongside proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Players must cooperate with KYC requests in a timely manner. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or the inability to process withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cf66 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cf66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. cf66 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cf66 account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cf66 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cf66 bears no responsibility. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, and must be made to an account registered in your own name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC identity verification (see Section 3). cf66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification and fraud screening checks.
Withdrawal conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Any active bonus balance must satisfy its applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested.
- cf66 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification or an ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.
- Deposits that have not been used to place at least one qualifying wager prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review.
Currency and conversion: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. cf66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred at the payment-method level are your responsibility.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
cf66 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible registered players. The availability, value, and terms of individual promotions are published on the relevant offer page at the time the promotion is active. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Wagering requirements: Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your cf66 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered in eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards a specific bonus's wagering requirement. Contribution rates for each active promotion are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
Bonus validity periods: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each promotion is stated at the time the offer is presented. cf66 will not reinstate expired bonus funds.
Bonus restrictions and prohibitions:
- Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- cf66 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error or loophole.
- Placing opposing wagers across two or more accounts (hedge betting) to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
- Promotional offers are not available to players who have a pending self-exclusion request or an active cool-off period.
cf66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, cf66's decision — made after a fair review of the available evidence — shall be final and binding.
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the cf66 platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and generally accepted standards of conduct. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your cf66 account. Any deposit identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the associated account permanently closed.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a cf66 transaction. cf66 will pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means in such cases.
- Money laundering: Using the cf66 platform to launder proceeds of crime, to conduct transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity, or to circumvent anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. cf66 complies with applicable AML standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Software manipulation: Using robots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players. This includes use of any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Coordinating gameplay strategies with other players in a manner designed to defraud the platform or other players, including chip dumping in poker or table game formats.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time when information is requested by cf66.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs on the platform. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
cf66 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these obligations. During an investigation, the account and associated funds may be frozen. Players found to have breached their obligations will not be entitled to a refund of deposits made in connection with the prohibited conduct.
7 Intellectual Property
All content available on the cf66 platform — including but not limited to the cf66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of cf66 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cf66 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any portion of the cf66 platform or its content for any commercial purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the cf66 platform.
- Frame or mirror the cf66 website on any third-party server or website without express written consent from cf66.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices contained within the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary closure: You may request to close your cf66 account at any time by contacting our support team at . Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Involuntary suspension or closure by cf66: cf66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player policy.
- Confirmed underage gambling.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Failure to comply with a responsible gaming self-exclusion request that is pending processing.
In cases of involuntary suspension for suspected fraud or criminal activity, cf66 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player. cf66 will not provide detailed reasoning for individual suspension decisions in cases where doing so could compromise an ongoing investigation or a legal obligation.
Self-exclusion: Players wishing to self-exclude from the cf66 platform may do so via their account settings or by contacting support. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cf66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the cf66 platform. cf66's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to cf66 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit cf66's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10 Amendments to These Terms
cf66 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
